Add Delivery Agent
Onboard delivery agents to handle your order deliveries

Overview
Delivery agents pick up and deliver orders to your customers. Add agents so you can assign orders and track deliveries.

Navigate to Agents/Locations
In the left sidebar, click **Settings** to expand the menu, then click **Agents/Locations**.

Click Add Delivery Agent/Location
Click the **Add Delivery Agent/Location** button in the top right corner.

Fill Agent Details
Complete the agent information form.
- aType: Select Delivery Agent from the type dropdown
- bName: The agent's full name
- cWhatsApp Number: Agent's mobile number — they will receive order notifications here
- dEmail: Used to create the agent's login account (optional)

Save the Agent
Click **Save** to create the agent. If an email was provided, the agent will receive login instructions.
Agent Added!
The agent now appears in your agents list and can be assigned to orders. They can log in to the agent portal to view and update their deliveries.
