Work with third-party delivery partners
What are Partner Agents?
Partner agents are external delivery providers or freelance riders who help you fulfill deliveries when your in-house team is at capacity or does not cover certain areas.
Add a Partner Agent via Agents/Location
In the left sidebar, click **Settings** to expand the menu, then click **Agents/Location**.
Add a PartnerAgent
Click **Add Delivery Agent/Location** and fill in the partner's details. Select a type of Partner agent
- aFull Name: Partner agent's name or company name
- bWhatsApp Number: For delivery notifications
- cEmail: Portal Login email
- dPassword: For Portal Login
Assign Deliveries to Partner Agents
When creating or editing a delivery, select the partner agent in the **Rider** field. They receive a WhatsApp notification with the delivery details.
Track Partner Deliveries
Partner deliveries appear in your Deliveries list alongside in-house deliveries. You can filter by rider to see only partner assignments.
Settle Partner Payments
Go to **Remittances** in the sidebar. Partner agent balances appear in the **Rider/Partner Agent remittances** section. Click **Mark as Settled** when you pay them out.

You can now scale your delivery capacity using partner agents across multiple regions.
