Understand your business at a glance with key metrics, charts, and quick actions

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your home base in NovatraCloud. It shows real-time business metrics, performance charts, low stock alerts, recent activity, and quick action links — all tailored to your role (Owner, Admin, CSR, or Rider).

Statistics Cards

The top row shows key performance indicators (KPIs) as summary cards.

aEcommerce Mode: Total Orders, Delivery Percentage, Revenue
bLogistics Mode: Total Deliveries, Delivery Percentage, Remitted Deliveries
cLow Stock Card: Number of products below threshold (visible to Owners & Admins only)
dBonus Card: Shows bonus progress if your workspace has bonuses enabled

Charts — Owner View

Owners see advanced analytics charts.

aRevenue Line Chart: Daily revenue trend over the selected period
bProfit Line Chart: Profit margin trend (revenue minus expenses)
cOrder Status Donut Chart: Breakdown of orders by current status
dTop Performers Bar Chart: Best-performing delivery agents by completed orders

Charts — Admin View

Admins see operational analytics.

Quick Actions Panel

The Quick Actions panel provides one-click shortcuts to common tasks.

bAdd Product: Add a new product to your catalog
cStock Activity: Record inventory changes
dTeam Settings: Manage team members and roles

CSR Dashboard View

CSR staff have a simplified view focused on their daily tasks.

Rider Dashboard View

Riders see performance-focused cards and quick links.

Recent Activity Feed

At the bottom of the dashboard (Owner & Admin only), you'll see the Recent Activity feed showing the latest actions taken in your workspace — order creations, status changes, expense records, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can CSR staff see revenue charts?

No, CSR and Rider roles have limited dashboard views. Only Owners see Revenue and Profit charts. Admins see Expenses and Order Status charts.

How often do dashboard numbers update?

Metrics update in real-time based on your database. Charts may show a refresh button to pull the latest data.

What do the delta arrows mean on cards?

Green arrows (▲) indicate improvement, red arrows (▼) indicate a decline compared to the previous period.
