Set Up Cash Settlement
Configure how delivery agents settle collected cash
Overview
Cash settlement (remittance) tracks money collected by agents and riders from customers on delivery. NovatraCloud calculates what each agent owes you and lets you mark it settled when they pay in.
Navigate to Remittances
Click **Remittances** in the left sidebar to open the remittances page.
View Agent Balances
The remittances page shows each delivery agent's outstanding cash balance — the total they have collected but not yet settled.
View Rider and Merchant Balances
The remittances page shows two sections: **Rider/Partner Agent remittances** (cash collected from deliveries) and **Merchant Payables** (money owed to merchants).
Mark a Settlement as Paid
When an agent or rider hands over cash, click the **Mark as Settled** button next to their name to record the payment.
Configure Your Bank Account
To receive electronic settlements, go to **Settings → Settlement Account** and add your bank account details.
Settlements Running!
Agents and riders can now be tracked and settled regularly. The remittances page always shows the current outstanding balance per agent.
