Overview
The Leaderboard shows performance rankings for your delivery agents and riders. It tracks completed orders/deliveries, revenue generated, and other key metrics.

Accessing the Leaderboard
Click **Leaderboard** in the left sidebar. The page shows:
- aRank: Position number
- bAgent/Rider Name: Who performed the deliveries
- cCompleted Deliveries: Total completed
- dRevenue/Amount Collected: Total financial contribution
- eRating: Average customer/delivery rating
- fAvg Delivery Time: Average time from assignment to completion

Filtering & Date Range
Use the date range picker and period selector to view rankings for specific timeframes. The leaderboard updates based on the selected period.

Personal Performance Card
Your personal performance card shows your individual stats, rank, and progress toward any bonus targets your workspace has configured.

Can riders see each other's performance?
Yes, the leaderboard is visible to all roles, though the view may be simplified for riders.
How is the rating calculated?
Ratings are based on delivery feedback and completion metrics.
Is bonus tracking automatic?
Bonus targets need to be configured in workspace settings. The leaderboard shows progress toward those targets.
