Overview
NovatraCloud provides real-time tracking for all your orders and deliveries. See exactly what stage each order is in and monitor agent progress.

Open the Orders List
Click **Orders** in the sidebar to view all orders.

Open the Deliveries List
Click **Deliveries** in the sidebar to view all deliveries.

Click on an Order
Click any order or delivery to open the detail view.

View Status Timeline
The detail view shows a complete timeline of status changes — from creation through to delivery, with timestamps and the agent who updated each status.

Update Status
Use the **Update Status** button to move the order to the next stage. Each update can trigger an automatic WhatsApp notification to the customer.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often does the map update?
The map updates every 30 seconds when the agent is on duty.
Can customers see the live map?
Yes — customers receive a tracking link via WhatsApp showing the same live map.
