Add In-House Rider
Onboard riders to your logistics fleet

Overview
In-house riders are team members who handle deliveries. They log in to the rider view and update delivery statuses in real time.

Navigate to Team
In the left sidebar, click **Settings** to expand the menu, then click **Team**.

Click Add Member
Click the **Add Member** button in the top right corner.

Fill Rider Details
Complete the member form and assign the Rider role.
- aFull Name: Rider's full name
- bEmail: Their login email address
- cRole: Select Rider from the role dropdown
- dWhatsApp Number: Mobile number for delivery notifications (required for riders)
- eLocation/Branch: Select the branch this rider operates from

Save & Invite
Click **Add Member** to create the rider account. They will receive an email with login instructions.
Rider Added!
The rider can now log in, view assigned deliveries, and update delivery statuses in real time.
