Overview
Partner Agents are third-party logistics companies that handle deliveries alongside your in-house riders. Each partner company has its own agents who can accept and complete deliveries assigned to them.

Adding a Partner Company
Go to **Riders** in the sidebar and click **+ Add Rider**, then select Partner Agent type:
- aCompany Name: Partner logistics company
- bContact Details: Phone and email
- cPartner Agent Fee: The fee the partner charges per delivery (this is deducted from their COD remittance)
- dService Areas: States/cities they cover
- eAdd Agents: Add individual agents under this partner company

Partner Agent Remittances
When partner agents collect COD payments, the system:
- aTracks the full COD amount collected
- bDeducts the partner_agent_fee from their remittance
- cShows the balance due in the Rider Remittances page
- dThe confirmation dialog shows a disclaimer about the fee deduction
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a partner agent and an in-house rider?
In-house riders are your employees on salary/commission. Partner agents belong to third-party logistics companies and have a partner_agent_fee deducted from their remittances.
Can a partner company have multiple agents?
Yes, each partner company can have multiple individual agents who can accept deliveries.
How is the partner agent fee set?
The fee is set when you add the partner company. It can be adjusted later from the partner's profile.
