NovatraCloud offers multiple ways to get help when you need it — from in-app documentation to live support chat.

In-App Support Chat
Click the support bubble (usually at the bottom-right corner of any page) to open the support chat:
- aType your question or issue in the chat input
- bA support agent will respond during business hours
- cYou can attach screenshots to help explain your issue
- dYour conversation history is preserved for future reference

Help & Documentation
Click **Help & Docs** in the left sidebar to access the full documentation library. Browse by category or search for specific topics.

- aIn-App Chat: Fastest response — use the support bubble on any page
