Overview

Marketing Campaigns let you send broadcast messages to your customers via WhatsApp. You can create promotional campaigns, notify customers about offers, and send updates to targeted audiences.

Accessing Campaigns

Click **Campaigns** in the left sidebar. The page shows existing campaigns with their status, reach, and performance metrics.

Creating a Campaign

Click **+ New Campaign** and configure:

  • aCampaign Name: Internal name for reference
  • bMessage: Your broadcast content
  • cTarget Audience: All customers or specific segments
  • dSchedule: Send immediately or schedule for later
  • eReview and click Launch Campaign

Tracking Campaign Performance

After launching, you can monitor:

  • aSent: Number of messages delivered
  • bOpened: Recipients who viewed the message
  • cReplied: Recipients who responded
  • dConverted: Recipients who placed an order

Can I target specific customer groups?
Yes, you can filter by customer segments based on order history or location.
Is there a limit on how many messages I can send?
WhatsApp has messaging limits based on your business account quality rating. Campaigns respect these limits automatically.
Can I schedule recurring campaigns?
Currently, campaigns are one-time sends. Create new campaigns for recurring broadcasts.
