Overview
NovatraCloud sends automatic notifications for important events — new orders, status changes, delivery assignments, low stock alerts, and more. You can control which notifications are sent and how.

Notification Types
- aWhatsApp Notifications: Customers receive order confirmations, delivery updates, and completion messages via WhatsApp (requires WhatsApp integration)
- bEmail Notifications: Team members receive emails for assignments, remittance reminders, weekly reports, and low stock alerts
- cIn-App Notifications: Bell icon in the top bar shows recent activity and updates

Configuring Notifications
Go to **Settings → Notifications** to manage:
- aToggle email notifications for specific events
