Overview

The Team section lets you manage all users in your workspace. You can add members, assign roles and locations, and control their permissions.

1

Accessing Team Settings

Click **Settings → Team** from the sidebar. You'll see a table of all team members with their names, emails, phone numbers, roles, locations, and status.

2

Understanding Roles

Each role has different permissions:

  • aOwner: Full access to everything — settings, billing, team management, all data
  • bAdmin: Manage operations — orders, inventory, team (except Owner removal), reports
  • cCSR: Handle orders and customer interactions — create/edit orders, manage remittances
  • dRider/Delivery Agent: Limited to deliveries and personal performance
  • ePartner Agent: Logistics partner company agent — deliveries assigned to that partner
3

Adding a Team Member

Click **+ Add Member** and fill in:

  • aName, Email, Phone: Basic contact information
  • bRole: Select the appropriate role
  • cLocation: Assign to a specific branch/location (optional — filters their data view)
  • dSend Invitation: The member receives an email/SMS with login instructions
  • eBulk Import: Use the Import button to add multiple members via CSV
4

Editing a Team Member

Click the **Edit** button on any member to modify their name, role, location, or active status. Owners cannot be edited by other users.

5

Deactivating a Member

Toggle the Active switch off to deactivate a member. They can no longer log in, but their historical data remains. Re-activate them at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many team members can I add?
This depends on your billing plan. Check Settings → Billing to see your plan limits.
Can I change a member's role?
Yes, click Edit on the team member and select a new role from the dropdown.
What happens when I deactivate a member?
They can no longer log in. Their historical data (orders, deliveries) remains intact.
How does location scoping work?
When a team member is assigned to a location, they see only data related to that location (e.g., orders from that branch, riders assigned to that location).
