- dRider/Delivery Agent: Limited to deliveries and personal performance

Frequently Asked Questions
How many team members can I add?
This depends on your billing plan. Check Settings → Billing to see your plan limits.
Can I change a member's role?
Yes, click Edit on the team member and select a new role from the dropdown.
What happens when I deactivate a member?
They can no longer log in. Their historical data (orders, deliveries) remains intact.
How does location scoping work?
When a team member is assigned to a location, they see only data related to that location (e.g., orders from that branch, riders assigned to that location).
